Brazil, Mogiana:
Our Mogiana is best characterized by simply cocoa, and walnut. It is a classic, dry-processed, earthy, full-bodied Brazilian coffee.
Like most exceptional Brazils, our Mogiana is full in body and low in acidity. While bold enough to satisfy the strong-coffee crowd and smooth enough to serve as a devoted drinker’s breakfast brew, it remains perennially satisfying in its rustic simplicity.
