We roast every batch of coffee by hand because we find that it produces a superior cup. All of our coffees are 100% specialty-grade, handcrafted, arabica.
Our Single-Estate (SE), organic, and Fair-Trade Organic (FTO) coffees are available at local cafés and markets in Las Cruces, New Mexico, El Paso, Texas and other cities throughout the Southwest.

PNG is back! Our Purosa A is floral with some nice spiciness, and a distinct, rustic character that is overall smooth, and well-rounded with a caramel finish.
